Zen for Kids (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates zenforkids.com.au (the “Site”). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here. If you don’t agree, please don’t submit your details to us.

We collect information you give us directly and information collected automatically.
Information you provide:
- Name, email address, and phone number submitted through contact forms, quote requests, or callback bookings
- Business name, industry, or project details you enter into enquiry forms
- Information you provide when downloading a resource, guide, or checklist (gated content)
- Messages you send us through live chat, email, or the Site’s booking tool
Information collected automatically:
- IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
- Pages visited, time spent on each page, and referral source
- Cookie identifiers and similar tracking technologies (see Section 3)
We don’t collect sensitive information (health, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, and similar categories under the Privacy Act) through this Site unless you volunteer it in a free-text field. If you do, you consent to us handling it for the same purposes described here.

If you opt in to receive marketing emails, we’ll send you updates, offers, or content relevant to childcare. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking unsubscribe or emailing [email protected].
We won’t add you to a marketing list just because you submitted an enquiry form — only where you’ve actively opted in.
7. Data Storage and Security
We store personal information on secure servers operated by MediaCloud. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse, including access controls, encryption in transit, and regular software updates.No online system is completely secure. If a data breach occurs that’s likely to result in serious harm, we’ll notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) in line with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
8. Data Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law (for example, tax and accounting obligations). Enquiry and lead data is typically retained for 5 years unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
9. Access and Correction
You can ask us to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or outdated information
- Delete your information, subject to our legal retention obligations

10. Children’s Privacy
